A: Yes. Both the Sugared Soulmate ($58/month) and Cosmic Connection ($78/month) memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, the membership continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice to admin@sugaredsol.com.

A: After completing the 3-month minimum commitment, cancellations require 30 days written notice submitted by email to admin@sugaredsol.com. Cancellations cannot be processed through social media, phone, or in person. There are no additional cancellation fees beyond the required notice period.

A: The Cosmic Connection membership ($78/month) includes service rollover — unused sessions carry forward to the following month. The Sugared Soulmate membership ($58/month) does not include rollover. If you anticipate needing flexibility, the Cosmic Connection plan is the better fit.

A: No. The 10% member discount applies to regularly priced services and retail products only. It does not apply to packages, additional memberships, or lash extension services. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

A: No. All packages are non-refundable and must be used by the same guest who purchased them. Spray tan packages are additionally non-transferable. Package sessions cannot be split between guests or gifted to another person.

The 9-session Sugar Glow saves $72 ($62/session) and includes a free exfoliating mitt. The 12-session Year of Smooth saves $120 ($60/session) and includes a full-size ingrown serum. The more sessions you prepay, the lower your per-visit cost.
